I offer a free initial appointment where we will discuss what you want to achieve from counselling and I will answer any questions you have.
Your counselling will be the same time each week and each session will last around 50 minutes. I understand that everyone has different time commitments and counselling needs to fit into your life. To help find a convenient time, I offer counselling sessions 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday including some evenings.
Face to face appointments will take place at Renew the Mind in Highnam or you can choose an online video appointment using the secure Telehealth system if you prefer. Telehealth is a totally private system that uses your normal web browser and doesn’t install any software on your device.
You can pay in advance of your session by credit or debit card. Alternatively you can pay by a secure contactless card reader on the day of your session. When we start our counselling journey together you will receive a link to your secure client portal where you will have the option to view invoices and pay online. You will also be able use the portal to manage appointment times and cancel an appointment if necessary.
